Protected Wreck Days

Every year we take qualified divers on an extraordinary experience visiting and learning about some of the UK's amazing protected wrecks.

A Protected Wreck Day consist of two dives like you've never had before! Not only will NAS take care of all the paperwork required to dive on a protected wreck, we'll also give you a presentation on the history of the vessel and how it came to be underwater and you'll get an insight into the archaeological investigations that have been done on the site. You might even be asked to help with some basic archaeological tasks if you are interested! There are often underwater guidebooks to help you understand the wrecks in even more detail than on a regular dive. It is really a unique experience!
